Size Guide

Cosplay sizing varies by product and construction. Measure your body in thin clothing and compare the results with the chart on the relevant product page rather than relying on everyday clothing size.

1. Product-Specific Size Charts

The product-specific size chart takes priority over any general guidance on this page. Check whether the chart shows body measurements or finished garment measurements, and review any stretch, fit, footwear, or height notes before selecting a size.

2. How to Measure

HeightStand barefoot against a wall and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
Chest / BustMeasure level around the fullest point while breathing normally.
WaistMeasure around the natural waist without pulling the tape tight.
HipsMeasure level around the widest point of the hips and seat.
Shoulder widthMeasure across the back from one shoulder point to the other.
InseamMeasure from the crotch seam to the ankle while standing straight.
Arm and sleeveMeasure from the shoulder point to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.
Thigh and calfMeasure around the fullest point without compressing the skin.

3. Choosing Between Sizes

Use the largest relevant measurement when different parts of the body fall into different sizes. Allow room for an undersuit or base layer where required. Stretch fabric may fit close to the body, while armor, coats, structured pieces, and non-stretch materials usually require additional ease.

4. Custom Sizing

Custom sizing is available only when offered on the product page. Provide every requested measurement in the stated unit and have another person check the measurements where possible. We may contact you to confirm values that appear incomplete or inconsistent.

Custom sizing improves the match to the measurements supplied but does not guarantee a tailoring-level fit. Body posture, measurement method, material stretch, costume construction, footwear, and personal fit preference can affect the final result.

5. Footwear, Masks, and Helmets

  • For footwear, measure both feet from heel to longest toe and use the longer measurement. Also review calf opening and boot height where shown.
  • For masks and helmets, measure around the widest part of the head, normally about 2 cm above the eyebrows and over the ears.
  • For gloves, measure palm circumference and hand length when a product chart provides those values.

6. Fit Responsibility and Alterations

Customers are responsible for selecting a standard size or supplying accurate custom measurements. Contact us before ordering if a measurement is between sizes or the event requires a specific range of movement. Local tailoring may still be useful for a highly fitted result, and alteration costs are not reimbursed unless agreed in writing as part of resolving a confirmed production error.
